Tshugs-pon oficial (or commander) mentioned in r4 and r5 may be interpreted as "a tshugs-pon commander [of the] Sum-pa [tribe named] G.yar mog-seng." R5 mentions "tshugs-pon [as a commander] of two Khotanese." Recto, 6 lines. Verso, blank.
