Mentions tshugs-pon, 'og-pon, and pyan(=byan)-g.yog "an asistant-cook," three of the four members (with byan "cook") of a small military unit stationed in M.Tāgh. R2 says that 'og-pon is responsible for extinguishing fires and preparing meals at day-encampment. R4 seems to speak of "if horse(s) flee…." V1 suggests the text may be a petition.
