2. Note : Fragment. Recto, 4 lines. Verso, 7 lines amd seals. Recto and verso seem to be written by the same hand, but apparently two different texts. Recto writing is indistinct and worn out; only r1–r4 are partly legible, forming the beginning of a letter. The addressee is partly legible as jo-co Stag. Verso is frag. of another letter. The form of address is missing due to paper damage. so-pa 'drul "soldier post-runner(?)" (v5) and ri-zug "hill stationing" (v2) are mentioned. Vowel signs of another line are partly visible on the bottom edge.
